The story
Raoul Rowe left the Army after ten years as a Staff Sergeant. He took an IT job and studied for his real estate license on the side — not to become a traditional agent, but to understand what actually happens when investors buy and sell property.
Then came the brokerages.
First, eXp. Closed a few deals. Realized how much money was leaving every transaction with nothing coming back — no support, no real tech, no return on what he was paying.
Then a 100% broker running his operation out of his house. $150 a month. Zero support. Zero communication.
Then another brokerage — quantity over quality. Still on his own, still building his own websites, running his own ads, trying to keep up with SEO while still doing deals.
A decade of watching agents get handed a website and told to figure out the rest. A decade of watching clients get stale data, wrong numbers, and tools that didn't work.
Eventually he decided enough was enough.
He built Ready Front from the ground up — every tool he'd been paying for, every feature he wished existed, every integration nobody had put together yet. Built for himself first. It became too powerful for one person.
So he opened it. Not to collect fees from people regardless of whether they succeed — but to actually equip them.

10-year U.S. Army veteran, Staff Sergeant. Texas real estate license since 2015, licensed broker since 2019. IT background that shapes how he thinks about systems, data, and what actually makes a platform work.
He built Ready Front for one reason: after a decade in the industry, he'd seen exactly what wasn't being done for clients — especially veterans — and built the tools to fix it.
