Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.readyfrontrealestate.com, any agent website powered by ReadyFront Solutions (the “Platform”), or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

“You” refers to any visitor, registered user, subscriber, or agent using the Services. “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Ready Front Consulting, LLC, DBA Ready Front Real Estate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Accounts & Registration

Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Texas Brokerage Services

Ready Front Real Estate is a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Texas (License #0661205). Information provided on the Services is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional real estate advice. No broker-client relationship is created by your use of the Services unless formalized in a separate written agreement.

5. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing

Agent subscribers (“Subscribers”) pay recurring fees for access to the Platform. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Billing: Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute MLS data in violation of MLS rules

8. MLS & Property Data

Property listings, photos, and related data are provided by multiple listing services (MLS) and are subject to their terms and conditions. This data is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed. Listing information may change without notice. Always verify critical details independently.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and proprietary materials on the Services are owned by Ready Front Consulting, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Subscribers retain ownership of their own content (photos, bio text, branding) uploaded to the Platform. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute that content as part of the Services.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, messages, or other content through the Services, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate any law or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Fair Housing Statement

We fully support and comply with the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Opportunity Act. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected class.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. PROPERTY DATA, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Financial calculators, including the mortgage/VA calculator, are for educational and illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice and should not be relied upon for lending decisions.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, READY FRONT CONSULTING, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ready Front Consulting, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, intellectual property) shall survive.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For Subscribers, material changes to billing or service terms will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
