Ready Front Consulting, LLC, doing business as Ready Front Real Estate (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is a Texas-licensed real estate brokerage (License #0661205). We also operate ReadyFront Solutions, a SaaS platform that provides branded websites and CRM tools to independent real estate agents (“Platform”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit www.readyfrontrealestate.com, any agent site powered by the Platform, or interact with us through email, SMS, or phone.

B. Information We Collect

1. Information You Provide Directly

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number
• Tour & inquiry forms — property preferences, messages, scheduling info
• Account registration — email, password (hashed), profile data
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers
• SMS opt-in — phone number for OTP verification only

2. Information Collected Automatically

• Device & browser data — IP address, browser type, OS, screen size
• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, click patterns
• Cookies & similar technologies — see our Cookie Notice for full details
• Location (approximate) — city-level derived from IP address; we do not use precise GPS

3. Information from Third Parties

• MLS data — property details, photos, listing status from MLS providers
• Public records — tax assessments, school ratings, neighborhood data

C. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to property inquiries and schedule tours
• Send one-time SMS verification codes (OTP) for identity verification
• Process SaaS subscriptions and payments
• Improve and personalize the website experience
• Send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, account updates)
• Analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve our services
• Comply with legal obligations, including Texas real estate regulations
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information.

D. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

F. When We Share Your Information

We may share personal information only in these circumstances:

• With your agent — when you submit an inquiry on a tenant agent site, your contact details are shared with that agent to fulfill your request
• Service providers — hosting (Render, Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email delivery, SMS delivery — under contracts that limit their use of your data
• Legal obligations — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect safety
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

G. Data Retention

• Account data — retained while your account is active; deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request
• Inquiry & lead data — retained for 3 years to support ongoing client relationships and regulatory compliance
• Server logs — retained for 90 days
• Cookie consent records — retained for 1 year from the date of consent

H. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt-out of sale/sharing — we do not sell data, but you can submit a request to confirm

I. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Right to Know — the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected
• Right to Delete — request deletion of personal information
• Right to Opt-Out — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not deny services or charge different prices for exercising your rights

J. Texas Residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act)

Effective July 1, 2024, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) grants Texas residents rights similar to those described above, including the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically disable analytics and advertising cookies.

K. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted database connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously review and improve our security practices.

L. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will promptly delete it.

M. Changes to This Policy & Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. If changes are significant, we may also notify you via email or a banner on the site.
