Front Row: work through your home search
Give each home a decision, then keep the ones worth a closer look.
Give each home a decision, then keep the ones worth a closer look.
Start with the question each home needs to answer
Before adding another listing to the list, name what the move needs to solve. A location requirement, a comfortable price boundary and one or two must-have features make it easier to decide what deserves more attention.
Use the view labeled Swipe
In the app, choose Swipe beside List and Map. Review one home at a time. Swipe right to save it; swipe left to pass a home you have not saved or remove one already in Favorites. The view changes how you review the results, not which homes meet your search.
Make the shortlist useful
A saved home should mean more than “nice photo.” Keep the properties that have a reason to stay in consideration. Reopen the property details and check the facts that matter to your household. Availability and listing information can change.
Use the list to prepare for the conversation
Bring the strongest candidates and your unanswered questions to the brokerage. We can help identify what needs closer investigation before arranging a tour or considering an offer. A shortlist is a starting point for judgment, not a substitute for it.
Current native Swipe entry and save behavior reviewed on October 5, 2026 in cma-native-integration. Front Row is this editorial family; the actual view selector says Swipe. Swipe right saves; left passes an unsaved home or removes an already-saved Favorite. App screenshot is illustrative, not current listing availability.
