Sunfield: compare a community, not just a new-home brochure
Sunfield's official materials describe its lazy-river amenity area and other shared recreation features. Compare the community with both the home and the ownership details, including resale choices already listed there.

Begin with what the community actually offers
Sunfield's official community and builder pages describe a lazy-river amenity area along with pools, parks and trails. Check current access, operating schedules and the association information for the particular home you are considering. Amenity marketing is not a guarantee that a facility will be open on a particular day.
Resale belongs in the comparison
The October 5 snapshot includes 181 Tree Nut Loop at $419,990, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1,712 square feet. The MLS identifies it as a 2024 home and a resale, even though it names Pulte as the original builder. A newer home is not automatically a current builder sale.
See the options together
The linked search is set to active residential single-family listings in Buda whose MLS subdivision begins with Sunfield. It does not force a new-construction filter, so you can compare the homes actually returned across that community search. Verify features, condition and ownership costs for each address.

Methodology & Sources
Listing snapshot checked October 5, 2026. Source: Unlock MLS via MLS Grid, published through Ready Front, cross-checked against the exact source listing record. Asking price is not a sold price or a monthly-payment quote. Listing facts are source-reported and should be verified. This search uses the stated city, MLS subdivision and/or property filters; it is not a certified neighborhood boundary or a count of every available home. Listing availability and prices may change. Verify current details before making plans.
Community reference: Sunfield; Pulte Homes. Community amenities and access rules should be confirmed for the specific property.

Cedar Park: make your next home search more specific
Start with Cedar Park single-story homes up to $550,000. Then compare the actual layout and condition, not just the bedroom count. Any renovation claims deserve a closer look at the records and the property.

Hutto: start with a ceiling, then compare the homes
This Hutto search starts with at least three bedrooms and asking prices up to $350,000. Compare the floor plan, condition and location within that range. The featured example is a dated listing snapshot, not a future availability promise.

Star Ranch: understand the community you are buying into
For Star Ranch, compare the home's floor plan with the association documents and amenity-access rules. A pool or nearby golf course in a brochure does not automatically mean year-round access or included membership.
