True Buyer Profile: use your own numbers
Use your income, debts and down-payment assumptions to explore a planning range before applying with a lender.
Use your income, debts and down-payment assumptions to explore a planning range before applying with a lender.
Begin with the information you actually have
True Buyer Profile in the Ready Front Real Estate app uses your income, recurring debts, down payment and financing assumptions to explore a planning range. It does not require a credit check to run that exercise.
Understand the math and its limits
The planning workflow uses debt-to-income and mortgage-payment calculations, the kinds of calculations that are part of a lending review. It is not the lender’s complete underwriting process. Credit, documentation, property details and program requirements still need professional verification.
Use the estimate to ask better questions
Adjusting an assumption can help you understand why a range changes. Do not confuse the displayed planning amount with a final all-in housing payment: taxes, insurance, association costs, mortgage insurance and lender-specific requirements may add to the picture. Use the result to prepare for a lender conversation and a budget you are comfortable living with.
Product description and limitations checked against the app page on October 5, 2026. CFPB preapproval guidance reinforces that preliminary financing information is not a guarantee of a loan. No rate, approval or borrowing amount is advertised.
