Why a Broker Built the Tools

Why a Broker Built the Tools

Broker Perspective2 min read

The point was never another app for the sake of an app. It was a more connected way to search, plan and work with the people behind your move.

I built the Ready Front Real Estate app around conversations I was already having with clients. People wanted a clearer way to search, understand their options and keep the next step connected to someone who could help.

The brokerage comes first

Ready Front is a real estate company. The app is one way we support the work. Finding a listing is useful, but the questions after that are often where the real conversation begins.

Does this home fit the plan? What should we investigate? What needs to happen before an offer? Technology can organize the search. It does not make those questions disappear.

Give the tools a practical job

Voice helps you start a search with words. Planning tools give you a place to explore your numbers. Home Value gives homeowners a starting point for a conversation about their property. Those tools are useful when they lead to a clearer next decision, not just another screen.

Keep professional judgment in the picture

Planning estimates are not lender approval or a property appraisal. Listing information can change. When you need to move from exploring to deciding, the brokerage behind the app can help you work through the details.

That is the idea: a connected experience, from the first search to the conversations, tours and decisions that follow. I am Raoul Rowe, Broker-Owner and Army Veteran. Ready Front is built in-house around the clients we serve.
